By accessing, browsing, registering an account, submitting information, interacting with the dashboard, participating in community programs, using staking-related features, or otherwise accessing or using https://www.blockiy.com and any related services, pages, systems, tools, forms, communications, or infrastructure operated by Blockiy, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
If a user does not agree with any part of these Terms, they must immediately discontinue use of the website and all related services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, stake pool operators, contributors, participants, account holders, and any other individuals or entities accessing or using Blockiy.
Blockiy reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to restrict, suspend, reject, terminate, modify, limit, or permanently revoke access to any account, dashboard, form, feature, participation process, support system, delegation-related activity, or service for any reason, including but not limited to suspected abuse, misleading information, inactivity, policy violations, security concerns, technical risks, legal compliance requirements, or protection of the platform and its users.
2. Website Usage and User Responsibilities
Users agree to use Blockiy only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions rules, blockchain policies, and jurisdictional requirements. Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with platform functionality, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate dashboard systems, abuse community support processes, submit false or misleading information, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malicious code, perform spam activity, impersonate others, attempt fraud, or engage in activity that may damage Blockiy, its infrastructure, users, reputation, or related systems.
Users remain solely responsible for all information submitted through the platform, including pool information, stake addresses, delegation-related claims, contact details, and account data. Users acknowledge that Blockiy may review, reject, suspend, modify, or remove submitted information at its sole discretion without obligation to provide explanation or compensation.
Participation in any Blockiy-related process, community support system, pool review workflow, delegation activity, or dashboard stage does not guarantee approval, delegation, rewards, visibility, promotion, support, technical assistance, financial return, or future participation.
3. No Financial Advice or Guarantees
Blockiy operates as an informational and blockchain-related infrastructure platform. Nothing published, displayed, communicated, or made available through Blockiy shall be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, staking guarantees, professional advisory services, or promises of profitability or delegation.
Users acknowledge that blockchain technology, staking systems, delegation mechanisms, wallet software, public networks, cryptocurrency markets, and Cardano-related infrastructure involve significant technical, operational, financial, and regulatory risks. All staking decisions, delegation activities, pool operations, wallet usage, and financial actions are performed entirely at the user’s own risk.
Blockiy does not guarantee uptime, delegation support, staking rewards, profitability, technical performance, ecosystem visibility, future community support, or uninterrupted availability of any service, dashboard, or participation process.
4. Platform Risks and Liability Limitation
All services, dashboards, forms, tools, systems, features, and informational content are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties, guarantees, commitments, or representations of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blockiy, its owners, administrators, affiliates, contributors, partners, contractors, service providers, and infrastructure operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, financial, technical, reputational, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the platform, inability to access services, account suspension, rejected pool submissions, delegation outcomes, staking losses, wallet compromise, technical failures, blockchain network issues, third-party services, data loss, downtime, market volatility, security incidents, hacking attempts, or user mistakes.
Users acknowledge that they use Blockiy entirely at their own risk and remain solely responsible for protecting wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases, passwords, email security, devices, delegation decisions, and blockchain interactions. Blockiy will never request private wallet keys or recovery phrases.
5. Policy Updates and Governing Rights
Blockiy reserves the right to update, revise, modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace any part of the website, services, systems, dashboard functionality, policies, or Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of Blockiy after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Blockiy additionally reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, preserve security logs, cooperate with legal authorities, enforce platform rules, protect operational integrity, and take appropriate action against abuse, fraud, manipulation, unauthorized access attempts, or violations of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
